I was impressed when I got a call the morning of the installation to set-up another appointment the following day for a quality inspection. I was also so happy when the installers called the morning of the installation to see if they could come early. They gave me plenty of notice and I’m always up for knocking things out early. Danny and the crew that installed the windows were great! Danny was a HUGE help taking the blinds down, especially since the person I was going to hire never showed.
I’m a contractor my self i knew there number was inflated but the thing that sold me was the financing and the zero money down. Did they provide a good value for their service? They do provide a good product as far as I know. Their installation team was effective and fast. The problem is that once they ruin something in your house, good luck trying to get them.

We had a separate install day for the front door and once again the man was professional and courteous and did a wonderful job with the installation of the door. He also helped with looking at the front and the back outside and inside door framing and helped me make some decisions there. The woman came who came out to do the final inspection was amazing and we went ahead and signed up to have the back door done too.

They tried to tell me a scratch on another window was sticky stuff. I just thought I would have these nice shiny windows and it was not what I got. We had all our windows replaced by this company in 2014 and have had to replace nearly all the windows for broken seal. Initially, requests for replacements were responded to within a few months which was reasonable, however starting two years ago, they have NOT replaced any of the now ten or 12 windows . We have waited patiently for request for two years...

They ask too many personal questions that have nothing to do with what they do. I had a estimate scheduled just to get the guy off my property and quickly canceled it.

He also set up 0% financing for us for 3 years so that we could devote other funds to projects we have been planning. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with PHR and would recommend them for any projects they can do. We are expecting to need a new roof in a few years and plan to call them again then. The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago. I asked her for the CEO email address it won’t provide to me they’ll keep giving me the local office and the local office is not doing anything but keep appointments for me and they do nothing. I was wanting to get some more doors from them but the way I’ll be in treat never. I just want my windows fix my door scratches repaired or some money back inconvenient. Power does not commit to their appointed time and day to come and install my window.
